Provides high quality, reliable health care in rural Bushenyi District
BMC provides out-patient and in-patient care, maternal child health, laboratory services, dental and eye clinics, and minor surgery. Services include treatment and care for HIV infected and impacted adults and children, and multiple prevention programs including safe male circumcision. Orphan and vulnerable children services include education, nutrition and psychosocial support.

Children’s AIDS Fund Uganda (CAFU)
Uganda
Provides family-centered HIV treatment and care through seven clinic sites in multiple Districts
CAFU provides treatment and care for HIV, TB, malaria and STIs, counseling and testing, prevention of mother to child transmission, community education and mobilization, behavior change prevention for youth, and nutrition and poverty reduction strategies for HIV impacted families. CAFU provides grant management to five partner organizations also providing HIV prevention, care and treatment under the same US government grant.

Chreso Ministries
Zambia
Provides HIV treatment and care through four clinic sites
Chreso’s clinics provide treatment and care for HIV infected adults and children, counseling and testing, prevention of mother-to-child transmission, community education and mobilization, education, and vocational training. Outreaches include incarcerated clients and a mobile counseling and testing unit to serve hard-to-reach populations.

DEFI programs target areas where services are severely lacking. Medical, education and livelihood projects target adults and vulnerable children to improve health and lifetime outcomes.

Friends of the Needy in Uganda (FNU)
Uganda
Serves women and children in poverty across Uganda.
FNU provides food, education, shelter, livelihood skills and medical assistance to women and children who are in great need—many of them HIV infected and nearly all HIV impacted–with the goal of helping them escape the trap of poverty to become self-sufficient.

Kabwohe Clinical Research Centre (KCRC)
Uganda
Provides high-quality accessible HIV/AIDS care to the rural, hard-to-reach population of Sheema District
KCRC is a modern one-stop diagnostic and research facility for common medical conditions. Programs are preventative, curative and rehabilitative and include health education, nutrition and food security, maternal and child health, prevention and control of diseases like malaria, TB, STIs, HIV and AIDS.

Macha Mission Hospital
Zambia
Provides health services to rural Choma District
Macha is a 208-bed acute care hospital with a comprehensive community health program, outpatient care, nurses’ training school, as well as robust malaria, TB and HIV initiatives.

Moscow AIDS Center
Provides HIV diagnosis, treatment and services to Moscow’s adult and pediatric HIV population, manages and implements all publicly funded prevention, diagnostic, treatment and care services for the nation’s largest city’s HIV infected and affected population, as well as prevention and educational messaging for the general public. Services include out-patient clinics, in-patient care, psychosocial support, orphan and vulnerable children care and adoption services.
CAFI provides collaborative educational exchanges focused building staff and patient capacity.

St. Gabriel’s Hospital
Malawi
Provides medical treatment, including HIV/AIDS, for 250,000 villagers in its 60 mile radius catchment area
St. Gabriel’s Hospital has been named a center of excellence in Malawi for its high-quality care and services. It manages the country’s only HIV/AIDS family-centered hospice unit, supports a robust pre-natal care and program, and employs a cutting edge text messaging program to communicate with trained community health workers on all areas of its services.

Sophumelela Centre
Eastern Cape, South Africa
Serves HIV infected and impacted community in and around East London
Sophumelela (meaning “we will succeed” in Xhosa, the local language), provides comprehensive services to the HIV infected/impacted by restoring hope, health and dignity through care, education, mentorship, skills development and sustainable empowerment. Programs include day care, school, livelihood skills, community education, prevention programs for youth, and psychosocial support.

US Care Provider Network
Serve HIV infected and impacted community across the United States
CAF works with hundreds of local community health centers, clinics and hospitals serving HIV impacted children and families across the nation. Local provider services include a wide range from diagnosis to treatment and care, psychosocial support, prevention services, pediatric and youth services, family centered care.
CAFI provides one-time emergency financial assistance for necessities for client families, resources and materials for staff.
