End this Year by Making a Difference with Children Impacted by HIV
All over Africa and in the U.S., people like you are helping turn lives of despair into futures full of hope. When you look into the eyes of a little one who has lost everything due to HIV, like we have, you are especially thankful for the support of others who want to bring hope too. From our team at the Children’s Aids Fund International to you and your family, we want to wish you the very best for a hope filled 2014.
If you haven’t taken a moment yet this year to join us in helping the little ones impacted by HIV, there are lots of ways to help.
- Help the Little Ones with Nutrition.
- Help the Little Ones with Education.
- Help the Little Ones with Treatment.
CAFI is working to see that treatment for the Little Ones is delivered when it can still make a difference.
When it comes to HIV, it’s the children who are left behind. Children under age 15 living with HIV in low and middle-income countries who need ART to survive are much less likely than adults to get life saving treatment. According to the World Health Organization, in 2012 two million children already eligible for ART are still not receiving it. That doesn’t include infants and children who have not been tested for HIV!
Treating infants and children is more complex than treating adults, but it can and must be done. Help CAFI work to reduce the obstacles to ensure treatment for these little ones who have no voice of their own.
Make this a Season for the Little Ones.
Your gift of $30, $50, $100 will support our efforts to help get these precious children receive life-saving treatment.
